Responsibilities
  • Conceive and execute go-to-market plans
  • Refine and execute consumer strategy
  • Drive P&L performance for European and UK consumer markets
  • Direct responsibility for scaling the consumer business
  • Direct ownership for all aspects of sales performance
  • Hire a small specialist team of sales executives
  • Work with Marketing to agree on marketing, social media, and PR strategy
  • Follow industry developments and possess a strong understanding of Gemini’s corporate vision
  • Provide local customer insights to inform decisions
  • Play a proactive role in customer-facing activities
  • Build awareness for the brand and product suite
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team
  • Be prepared to be hands-on and dig into details when required
