Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking skills and be a motivated self-starter.
  • The candidate must have a positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a professional, team-oriented environment.
  • The candidate must have a passion for high school athletics.
  • The candidate must have effective oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must have relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • The candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate partners and oversee sponsor contract fulfillment, coordinating with sales executives on inventory availability, developing client-facing presentation materials, and managing seasonal and creative deadlines.
  • Use TPG’s customer relationship management system and maintain records of all accounts and prospects.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients while servicing current accounts to generate repeat business.
  • Participate in game-day events to share and highlight the high school sports experience with existing and potential sponsors.
  • Research and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and current relationships.
  • Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions, and fan engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to team collaboration and success.
  • Maintain flexible work hours, including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous sponsor fulfillment experience in high school, college, events, or sports conferences is preferred but not required.
  • Creative design capabilities are preferred.
