Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • At least five years of experience as a technology trainer specializing in proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience developing technical documentation and instructional materials is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Camtasia, Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar training development software.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of structured training methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and deliver hands-on, instructor-led training for individuals and groups using adult learning principles in in-person and virtual settings.
  • Develop technical documentation, including Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, and web content.
  • Create video tutorials and interactive learning modules using Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Vyond.
  • Manage training projects from initiation to completion, organize concurrent initiatives, and coordinate across stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Identify user-defined technical challenges and implement effective training solutions.
  • Uphold customer service standards while working with internal and external subject-matter experts.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Contract Manager regarding project plans, statuses, and updates.
