  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech or related industry.
  • Proven track record of operational success
  • Detail oriented and persistent
  • Deep understanding of fintech solutions and their application within the field services industry
  • Strong relationships and reputation within the target industries
  • Prior sales management experience leading both Hunter & Farmer individual sales contributors

Responsibilities
  • Manage all of the payment operations.
  • Track data, analyze and provide metrics about the operation.
  • Manage and continuously improve key operational processes such as KYC, AML, Fraud prevention, Underwriting, Compliance & serve as a Compliance Officer.
  • Ownership of KPIs and leadership of process and technical improvements.
  • Team Leadership.
  • Efficiency improvement - maximizing year over year increasing positive operating leverage through automation, offshoring, outsourcing, etc.
  • Partner management - ensuring vendors and partners are meeting SLAs. Holding them accountable.
  • Business System improvement - technical acumen and ability to lead change within the CRM, ERP and other business systems that support the Fintech operation.
