Job Description
Must have proficient computer skills including typing, web browsing and emailing.
Must know how to use Linkedin, have access to Ladders, Monster or other resume sites.
Must have at least 2 years of recruiting experience
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
* Updating and posting ad content for our orders
* Sourcing, Contacting, & Responding to candidates via email and conducting interviews
* Following up with accepted candidates and facilitating
* Compliance with our standardized recruitment practices
Compensation - Commission $7,500 to $15,000 per Placement
Qualifications
Prefer:
4 year degree
4 years of Executive Recruiting experience
Additional Information
Location – Remote.
Commission - $7,500 to $22,000 per placement
