Requirements
  • 5+ years experience defining and launching world class products
  • Experience in digital channels, eCommerce and/or mobile experience needed
  • Experience with payment and/or point of sale solutions preferred and/or keen interest in the domain
  • Proven track record of managing new product launches and feature roll-outs
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate to drive delivery through cross-functional teams
  • A positive, team-player who thrives in cross-functional fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of web based payment applications that power payments for Chase Payment Solutions customers
  • Manage a product roadmap that balances stakeholder inputs and MVP releases
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on client demand, business cases, product KPI, strategic business goals (customer R&D, competitive, market)
  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues, change requests, pre-release QA, production issues
  • Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, product requirements/epics/stories to support development
  • Monitor product performance with daily reports, monthly dashboards, and periodic stakeholder reviews
  • Monitor industry assessments that provide detailed insights into the competitive landscape and best practices and then leverage those insights to inform our roadmap
  • Partner with various internal teams (product, design, technology, risk, legal, compliance, ops, marketing, sales...) to manage prioritization, resourcing, controls, readiness, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate and partner with 3rd party vendors & alliances to enhance product offerings
