Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a background in marketing and social media
  • Fluent with social platforms, like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Discord
  • Proven experience building your own brand(s) and/or a company's public social platform (i.e., developing content, building engagement, and followership)
  • Experience working with the logistics/trucking industry preferred
  • You take initiative, stay organized, and can handle multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You're a team-player and consider no job is too big or too small
  • You're a people person with high emotional and interpersonal skills and you love getting to know people and building relationships
  • Social content is in your blood-you can't stop yourself from posting every day
  • You have great writing skills and storytelling ability to communicate and connect with key audiences
  • You're strategically minded, with strong problem-solving skills and close attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operation of our social platforms, including content, community engagement and performance
  • Engage with followers daily on all social platforms and respond to direct messages, comments, reviews, and inquiries from consumers
  • Understand the needs, wants, and pain points of drivers through in-house and external channels, and communicate that to the company
  • Manage the development, production, and publishing of inspiring content that aligns with overarching brand and product line positioning as well as the corresponding marketing & social strategy
  • Build out content / content calendar across on all relevant social platforms - TikTok, Instagram (reels, stories, posts), Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Go beyond one-off content posts to drive creative social media activations and campaigns to increase brand conversation, brand love, and cultural relevance
  • Coordinate social programming and promotions for marketing events
  • Plan, coordinate and communicate with external brand partners for various influencer-related activations
  • Reach out to content creators we want to be associated with
  • Manage social media reporting, analyzing trends and deriving insights from various social data sources, such as social listening and community management
