Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
  • Strong computer skills
  • Prior Call Center Experience
  • Medical EDI Experience
  • Payer Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of Insurance Payer Forms
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming enrollment support calls
  • Logging cases
  • Handling administrative tasks such as email campaigns to clients and other reporting and administrative support to the Enrollment teams
  • Performs payer follow-up with outreach to payers to verify status of pending enrollments
  • Interpreting, communicating, and directing information appropriately
  • Providing general support to management and department personnel
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
  • Maintaining compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
  • Adhering to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfilling responsibilities and/or duties provided by Inovalon
