- Prior Call Center Experience
- Medical EDI Experience
- Payer Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Insurance Payer Forms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
- Answering incoming enrollment support calls
- Logging cases
- Handling administrative tasks such as email campaigns to clients and other reporting and administrative support to the Enrollment teams
- Performs payer follow-up with outreach to payers to verify status of pending enrollments
- Interpreting, communicating, and directing information appropriately
- Providing general support to management and department personnel
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Maintaining compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
- Adhering to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
- Fulfilling responsibilities and/or duties provided by Inovalon
