Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Opera, Dayforce, and Sun Systems is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • French and English spoken-language proficiency is required to communicate with an English-speaking clientele.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily billing, payment follow-up, and compliance of customer accounts according to internal policies.
  • Participate in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end reports.
  • Conduct credit investigations, create new accounts, and keep customer records up to date.
  • Collaborate with departments on inventory, tip management, and various accounting-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain rigorous accounting processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and support the team during coverage replacements.
