- A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state or states of practice is required.
- A current hands-on Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

- The ability to maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one direct care to patients in their homes.
- Support patients in remaining as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
- Provide home healthcare to Veterans of the United States Armed Services, workers compensation claimants, and former energy workers.
