Requirements
- Experience of digital campaigning (including actions with public participation) and communications work - whether as part of non-governmental organisations, grassroots networks, or other groups with a track record of impact
- Experience managing social media channels and email lists of supporters
- Ability to produce high quality online content and resources for specific target audiences including persuasive copywriting skills and visual asset production (eg. images and videos using Canva or other digital software)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes and a limited budget
- Fluent in German, and comfortable working in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience campaigning on climate change (at a local or national level)
- Experience working with environmental / economic / social justice movements in Germany
- Basic graphic design and video production/editing skills
- Experience of mobilising people to take part in a particular campaign or event
- Familiarity with some or all of the digital tools used by 350.org (e.g. ActionKit, ControlShiftLabs, Wordpress, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Experience of working in a geographically dispersed team, including working with teams in other countries on cross-regional or global campaigns
