Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance program experiences and student outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among departments and stakeholders to execute strategies successfully.
  • Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies, pedagogical approaches, and industry best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Use data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Ensure ethical and legal compliance in the development and deployment of technologies and digital learning initiatives.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate pilot programs to test the efficacy of new technologies and strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for faculty and staff on technologies, best practices, and ethical considerations.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and continuously optimize program experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
