  • Own and manage the new hire onboarding process
  • Administer and coordinate the monthly performance management process
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics
  • Serve as a backup for various general HR activities
  • Interact with employees and managers to provide basic employee relations support
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Support payroll processes
  • Provide general benefits support
  • Assist with compliance tasks
