Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
  • Leadership experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
  • Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
  • SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
  • Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
  • Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
  • Experience with Project/ Portfolio management tools mainly Clarity PPM system and expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word, Project.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing one or more highly complex infrastructure and security projects.
  • Managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk.
  • Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a complex program (could include multiple projects), including developing the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans.
  • Providing a blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development and implementation of strategic infrastructure and security projects.
  • Building a sufficient level of knowledge of infrastructure and security to enable targeted probing of delivery feasibility and conflicts with other projects.
  • Driving deliverables and activities with pdl and it product managers or their program manager by removing barriers, and escalating risk/issues.
  • Ensuring integration of program and corresponding sub-projects and adjusting program scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment.
