Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to optimize Salesforce (SFDC), other SaaS tools, and data across all business units.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and process consistency within the Growth organization.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales talent to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources.
  • Work with Finance, HR, and Sales Management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning to boost sales productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance processes by collaborating with product, tech, and back-office teams.
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to streamline operations.
  • Continuously assess the Sales team’s effectiveness and identify areas for growth, proactively suggesting improvement opportunities and tactics.
  • Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive key business decisions across the sales organization.
  • Identify opportunities for and aid in the execution of projects aimed at increasing sales conversion, expanding margin, cutting costs, and improving the bottom line.
