TheIncLab builds smart digital applications by combining artificial intelligence with human-centered design. Teams of engineers work on complex customer challenges, turning ideas into usable concepts, prototypes, software then deployable solutions that are meant to interact meaningfully with people. Unlike firms that only focus on technology, TheIncLab emphasizes how humans and intelligent systems work together, using an end-to-end process from rapid ideation and prototyping to development and deployment. The company differentiates itself through its multidisciplinary experience in interactive engineering and emerging technologies, its emphasis on real human interaction, and its ability to take a project from idea to deployed product quickly. The overarching goal is to create positive impacts for customers, its people, and broader societal interests by advancing practical, human-friendly AI-enabled solutions, with operations in the Washington DC area, Tampa, and Nashville.
