  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • CCNA level experience required
  • DODD 8570 compliant I.E. Sec+ / CCNA Security, required
  • Intermediate understanding of Windows Server/Client administration
  • Intermediate knowledge of SATCOM and SHF transmission systems
  • Intermediate understanding of networking and ability to troubleshoot
  • Excellent communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through
  • Able to work Independently with little to no supervision
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work
Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II Network and Systems support and configuration of information/network systems equipment
  • Planning, configuration, operation, maintenance, instruction, and documentation related to Medium Data Rate Terminal (MDRT) baseband systems and associated equipment
  • Work with other systems and network professionals to coordinate efforts and resolve cross-team issues
  • Communicate changes effectively
Desired Qualifications
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification
  • CCNA Certification
  • MCSA
