Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, build, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Work with other teams in sales and IT to identify and propose fixes for integration challenges
  • Provide effective coaching to SDRs with actionable plans for improvement
  • Lead the creation and implementation of sequences in partnership with Marketing
  • Define and track predictive metrics and KPIs for the function and business health
  • Create and maintain documentation for sequences, sales processes, and best practices
