Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across Technology, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
  • Synthesize cross-functional insights and surface risks and opportunities for the Founder and leadership.
  • Optimize organizational processes to accelerate speed to market, maintain regulatory compliance including HIPAA, and scale efficiently.
  • Act as the central communication hub, driving technological literacy and clinical buy-in across the organization.
  • Track and drive execution of objectives and key results and key projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery at the technology and clinical interface.
  • Consolidate updates from Clinical Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business Development into concise briefings for the Founder, highlighting risks, opportunities, and decisions needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product and Technology teams and Clinical and Business Operations, aligning releases with regulatory milestones and patient-impact goals.
  • Design and oversee key performance indicator dashboards tracking artificial intelligence and technology impact on outcomes, efficiency, and revenue, and prepare Board-level reports.
  • Orchestrate executive and Board meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up accountability.
  • Represent the Founder in internal and external forums as directed, advancing priorities with authority and discretion.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate friction, with emphasis on compliance, technology scaling, and decision velocity.
  • Proactively flag roadblocks and lead corrective actions, including project pivots and organizational gap-filling.
  • Own high-impact, cross-functional special projects such as fundraising preparation and partnership integrations.
  • Strategically manage the Founder's calendar and preparation for high-stakes interactions.
  • Partner with Human Resources on organizational design, culture scaling, and onboarding to support hyper-growth.
  • Manage communications from the Founder's office, ensuring consistency, clarity, and mission alignment.
  • Translate technical strategies, including artificial intelligence capabilities and data governance, for non-technical audiences and build buy-in across clinical and commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with the Founder to embed the company's values through growth phases.
  • Coordinate with external partners, investors, and regulators to amplify the company's impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep healthtech or digital health exposure, including artificial intelligence and machine learning in clinical settings and regulatory or ethical nuances.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree, such as Healthcare Administration or Public Health.
  • Technical fluency in product roadmaps, data architecture, and artificial intelligence ethics without requiring deep coding expertise.
  • A consulting background.
