Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads through calls and emails, guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of prospects through various stages of engagement.
  • Facilitate a smooth underwriting process and deliver support to new clients during their first 30 days.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to SMB owners and bridge communication between clients and the Underwriting Team.
  • Optimize pipeline management through the use of advanced sales tools, lead management software, and CRMs.
