- Professional experience in an assistant function is desirable, ideally in an industrial or corporate environment.
- A high level of discretion, organizational ability, and initiative is required.
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
- German language skills, spoken and written, are required.
- Organize office operations and provide administrative support to plant management in day-to-day business.
- Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips, including planning, preparation, and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and presentations, as well as taking minutes.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and decision documents for plant management; process confidential documents and monitor deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Support communication with Polish and Czech employees and partners.
- Additional language skills in Polish, Czech, or English are advantageous.
