Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to help determine customer’s needs, understand technical landscape, and identify pain points via discovery calls
  • Assess and present the potential solutions of company products and services, using technical competency and creativity to design business solutions that encompass the breadth of the Boomi portfolio
  • Prepare detailed product specifications and deliver impactful presentations to enable the sale of our products and solutions.
  • Discuss product capabilities and applications with technical users/buyers, and business stakeholders, verifying the operability of product and service configuration within the prospect’s environment via Demos or Proof of Concept
  • Coordinate internal specialists and other necessary Boomi employees to help build the 'win team' for prospective customers
  • Support RFI/RFP completion by answering in-scope technical questions for prospective customers
  • Verify operability of sophisticated product and service configurations within the customer’s environment
  • Perform advanced systems integration and provide technical expertise to design the solution
