Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in textiles design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience designing and developing innovative footwear and other products
  • Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives
  • Ability to present new insights or seasonal concepts to small and large groups
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient
  • Understanding of the Footwear Product Creation process
  • Passion for Design
  • High interest in sneaker culture.
Responsibilities
  • Creating concepts and new material designs on a range of products for Jordan Mens Streetwear Footwear.
  • Working on elevating new technologies that influence brand new models and seasonal narratives.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders cross-functionally on the product creation process.
  • Driving innovation and embedding cultural connections into designs to create separation from competition.
  • Mentoring other designers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous people management experience is a plus.
