  • 4+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration and technology development
  • Experience designing process flows, both short-flow and fully integrated
  • Experience with semiconductor metrology techniques
  • Experience in the design of experiments and data analysis
  • Experience with government research and development programs
  • Ability to work and collaborate across independent cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics
  • Experience with Advanced Packaging technologies, such as Thermo-compression bonding, hybrid bonding, silicon interposers, micro-bumping, or 3D Heterogeneous Integration
  • Experience working in a semiconductor fabrication facility
  • Experience with Wafer or Package Test
  • Experience with new technology or product introduction
  • Experience with semiconductor tool installation, start-up, and qualification
  • Knowledge of back-end (BEOL) processes, including dielectric deposition, CMP, TSV formation
  • Knowledge of photonics
  • Master’s degree
Responsibilities
  • Integrate multiple unit process modules into an integrated process flow
  • Be a subject matter expert with advanced packaging or package test knowledge
