  • Match client problems and opportunities with our capabilities in a way that highlights our competitive advantage.
  • Able to distil complex information providing a clear actional roadmaps for success.
  • Provide thought leadership and expert guidance on the evolving health and wellness landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and anticipating client needs.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers within health organizations, building trust and establishing WPP as a trusted partner.
  • Participate In the entire pitch process for health-related opportunities, from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and pitch delivery.
  • Contribute to high-performing pitch teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across WPP agencies and disciplines.
  • Develop compelling and differentiated pitch narratives that showcase WPP's deep understanding of the health sector and ability to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Champion innovation and creativity in pitch development, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and approaches to create engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of business development professionals dedicated to the health sector.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
  • Partner effectively with WPP agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize new business success.
