Legend Biotech is seeking Manager, Talent Intelligence & Identification as part of the Human Resources team based in Somerset, NJ.
Role Overview
The Manager, Talent Intelligence & Identification will enable the TA teams across regions to drive business growth & result. The role plays a critical part in building and growing our sourcing capability globally and partnering with the business teams to design recruiting strategies at scale. Partnering closely with the TA team, HRBPs, Global HR CoEs, and business to drive strategy, goals, processes and metrics to enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities.
This individual will be able to work independently to research & analyze data creating innovative talent solutions to develop robust talent supply. This person is curious, driven and solution oriented, and aims to understand global talent flows to support the future growth of Legend Biotech.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop external market talent intelligence, focusing on analyzing market trends, identifying talent pools, and providing competitive talent landscape insights.
- Use data-driven talent intelligence (external and internal) to inform and shape talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Lead workforce forecasting to capture accurate projection of global hiring needs.
- Provides expert guidance on technical systems and data solutions and infrastructure required to build and maintain a best-in-class Talent Intelligence function.
- Drive initiatives and conduct research on what impacts TA’s ability to successfully recruit & retain talent globally
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to influence and drive leadership awareness and understanding of external market talent trends and insights.
- Provide expert interpretation of external market talent intelligence and business implications.
- Monitor external trends and recommend changes to strategy as appropriate to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Build & grow TA sourcing capability globally and partner with the regional TA leads & Talent Acquisition Partners to design and execute recruiting strategies.
- Leverage data and talent market insights to grow proactive & direct sourcing capability
- Develop and analyze skills-based data to identify the optimal sourcing strategy aligned to long-term business strategy.
