Responsibilities
  • Accurately forecast annual and quarterly bookings and execute against these plans with precision.
  • Identify opportunities and obstacles, developing strategies to maximize profit, revenue, and market share.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class sales team, nurturing both their skills and professional growth.
  • Guide account executives, sales development reps, and front-line sales managers to excel.
  • Spearhead efforts to close new business deals and expand the customer base.
  • Develop revenue strategies tailored to the team's strengths and product goals.
  • Lead the transition from perpetual to term-based licensing (ARR Model), while keeping the client's needs at the forefront.
  • Use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to keep the team on track.
