Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate strategy roles.
  • Exposure to hypothesis-driven problem solving and structured, top-down thinking methodologies, with a strong learning mindset.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort working with data and presenting clear, well-reasoned insights.
  • A bachelor's and/or higher degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Engineering, Arts, Law, Science), with strong academic achievement (e.g. distinction average or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; PowerBI desirable).
  • A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting research and gathering data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Building financial and analytical models to uncover insights.
  • Synthesising quantitative and qualitative data into clear recommendations.
  • Developing reports and presentations that communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Contributing to proposals, tenders, and thought leadership.
  • Managing project delivery and supporting team development (for more experienced candidates).
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders (Exec, GM, C-Level).
  • A track record of mentoring and supporting junior team members.
