  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing service role
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional projects and manage data
  • Comfortable navigating multiple digital tools and platforms with speed and accuracy
  • Skilled in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, client authorizations, or case management is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with latency less than 50 ms, jitter less than 30 ms, and packet loss 0%
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake and onboarding process
  • Collect and manage client data to facilitate insurance authorizations, service setup, and payment processing
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information sharing
  • Troubleshoot issues creatively and independently as they arise
  • Prepare, collect, and submit documentation to health insurance payers, including authorizations, agreements, and contracts
  • Support cross-functional projects and periodic service audits
  • Build expertise in Kyo’s practice and project management platforms; assist teams with technical or process-related questions
  • Maintain accurate tracking of client onboarding steps within internal systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, client authorizations, or case management as a plus
  • In-depth familiarity with health insurance authorization processes and payer requirements

FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magellan Healthcare, Inc., the behavioral health division of Magellan Health, Inc., announced today the launch of a first-to-market, value-based collaboration with Kyo Autism Therapy, LLC, a California-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider, to drive meaningful and objectively measurable outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Magellan and Kyo will develop, build and test a value-based model for treatment planning and delivery to continuously improve care for children with ASD and help the families who care for them.
