  • Experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce pages, and Aura Components or Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with committing code and metadata to git repositories
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects to ensure the timely and effective delivery of Salesforce requirements
  • Work in all aspects of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations
  • Serve as an advisor to clients and provide consultative guidance regarding how they might adopt new technologies or add new features to support the mission
  • Champion the technology that changes how the Government provides its services to citizens
  • Develop the Salesforce platform following best practices and utilizing Salesforce declarative capabilities where appropriate
  • Build positive relationships with other team members
  • Write clean, maintainable Apex code while keeping governor limits in mind
  • Advise government clients on the best ways to improve and modernize existing systems
