If you are an electrical trade qualified Electrician, have a passion for customer service and thrive when working as part of a team or independently then we have a role for you as a Treatment Technician based out of our Albany branch with some travel across New Zealand to service our customers. 

You will be responsible for conducting scheduled and emergency service work, striping, overhauling, repairing, testing and inspecting various Xylem products, predominantly working on Xylem’s range of Treatment, Monitoring, Control and Instrumentation products. 

This role will see you travel to customer sites to:

• Complete service/repair work on various well known and respected Xylem brands such as Wedeco UV systems. 

You will also: 

• Where necessary inspect and test products prior to dispatch
• Maintain documentation and reports consistent with company policies, QA procedures and Safety requirements
• Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues both orally and in writing. 

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced trade qualified electrician with a strong willingness to learn and apply development training in UV Treatment and other Xylem solutions.  Your keen eye for detail, great attitude, time management and good communication skills (both written and spoken) will see you succeed.
