Empower AI appoints Ryan Hopper to lead Military Services Business Unit. Empower AI has named Ryan Hopper to lead its Military Services Business Unit, bringing 24 years of experience working with Defense Department and intelligence customers. "I'm extremely excited to join the Empower AI team and to move the needle for some of our nation's most critical military customers," Hopper said.
