Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy to drive activation, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Own automated email, in-app messaging, and nurture sequences, optimizing for free-to-paid conversion, expansion, and renewals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Paid Social, Paid Search, and SEO to ensure cohesive customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Implement behavioral segmentation to personalize messaging based on user intent, engagement, and product usage data.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Customer.io) to orchestrate, test, and optimize lifecycle campaigns.
  • Optimize onboarding flows to shorten Time to Value (TTV) and drive activation rates within the first session.
  • Develop and execute expansion & upsell strategies to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and cross-sell adoption.
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve email performance, in-app engagement, and lifecycle conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success to refine lead nurture strategies and sales handoff workflows.
  • Monitor lifecycle KPIs, including Activation Rate, Free-to-Paid Conversion, Churn Reduction, and Expansion Revenue.
  • Stay ahead of lifecycle marketing trends and experiment with AI-driven engagement and personalization.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in PLG SaaS, managing free trial-to-paid conversion and self-service growth.
  • Familiarity with SQL and customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Amplitude, or Twilio Engage.
  • Experience integrating lifecycle marketing with outbound sales efforts (HubSpot + Apollo or Salesloft).
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution and influence on pipeline and revenue.

But over the past few months, that presence has grown from just a handful of employees to 70 – and the company has big plans for its new, expanded office.The company is announcing today that Coral Gables will be the home of its new East Coast Headquarters, said Sylvia LePoidevin, Kanji’s Chief Marketing Officer, who was one of the first executives to make the move here a couple of years ago. In an interview with Refresh Miami, she said Kandji now has a beautiful new 30,000-square-foot office on the penthouse floor of The Plaza Coral Gables, which recently opened as well at 2811 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
