Requirements
  • Some level of product, platform or solution experience with a technology company. This might be in product or partner marketing, but could also be in a related area such as product management, professional services, data science, architecture, technical writing, UX, sales, or other role.
  • BA/BS in a related field with bonus points for a master’s degree. The major is less important to us than is your ability to tell a good story about how your education and knowledge has shaped how you approach solving problems and will enable you to be successful here.
  • Loves hands-on technical and business work and is a “doer” with a track record of producing results.
  • Experience working with partners/partnership business in a prior role is helpful.
  • A technical degree/prior experience in a technical role or direct work with AI in the context of B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • Experience working with or marketing APIs, developer ecosystems, and partner marketplaces is a plus.
  • Ability to share customer-facing content you have personally produced and can explain how it was used in a complex socio-technical system to create value is a plus.
  • Extra Credit: #favorite marketing journal, blog, technical resource or book on your resume.
Responsibilities
  • Playing a lead role in launching the new FICO® Marketplace.
  • Deliver engaging content to grow our partner business across all partner types and geographies. Much of what we do requires some intellectual horsepower and the patience and persistence needed to understand esoteric topics, build a working knowledge of it, and then write about it in a way that is easily understood by a larger audience and quickly communicates to the reader on why they should care.
  • Ensures that content you create is fully “launched” both inside and outside FICO to maximize its impact. This requires excellent communication (written, verbal and visual), the ability to provide informal or formal training, evangelization, and diligent follow-up to ensure both FICO and key partners are aware of and actively consumes these materials.
  • A desire to learn from our more senior marketers, partner managers and technical experts. We have smart folks who are happy to help get you unstuck, to serve as subject matter expert, a sounding board, and mentor and coach you on your journey.
