Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline required
  • 7+ years of experience managing an SOX program
  • CISA, CIA or CISM certified candidates preferred
  • Strong understanding of technology risks relevant to applications, interfaces, and data
  • Fast learner with strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks such as CoBIT and NIST
  • Highly motivated and extremely organized individual with interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Establish & maintain the IT Governance structure
  • Manage the IT SOX Program
  • Lead IT monitoring activities
  • Play a key role in major projects
  • Perform pre-implementation and post-implementation project reviews
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Serve as IT’s point of contact for all phases of technology audits
  • Provide administrative support to control owners and auditors
  • Provide on-going education/training of IT controls and audit requirements to IT teams
