Finance System Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Coupa & NetSuite ERP Administrator to oversee the daily management and maintenance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve business processes. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working cross-functionally with team members at all levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• System Administration:

  • Oversee the daily management and maintenance of Coupa & NetSuite and other business applications.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, license management, and system permissions.

  • Manage and maintain custom fields, forms, records, lists, workflows, and sandbox environments.

  • Troubleshoot NetSuite defects, customization errors, and 3rd party application failures.

• User Support:

  • Serve as an application champion by providing technical and reporting support.

  • Deliver end-user education and foster user adoption.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of Knowledge Base documents and User Guides.

• Reporting and Analytics:

  • Build, run, distribute, and support dashboards, saved searches, and operational reports.

  • Provide actionable insights across team functions using SuiteAnalytics workbooks and customized dashboards.

• Integrations and Development:

  • Support the development, testing, and rollout of customizations, workflows, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integrations.

  • Manage system integration between NetSuite, Coupa, Boomi, Vena, Workiva, and other applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (technical or business-relevant major)

• 3+ years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the Coupa & NetSuite platforms, including customizations, scripting, and connectors.

• Strong Coupa & NetSuite skills, including SuiteScript 2.1/2.0/1, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCommerce.

• Familiarity with accounting, supply chain, and reporting best practices.

• Proficiency with saved searches, SQL formulas, reports, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, customized dashboards, and custom forms.

• Experience with NetSuite integrations with third-party applications and connectors.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification

• Coupa Administrator Certification 

• Experience with a broad business applications stack 

• API and EDI applications experience

• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
