Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for our Brand Partners, supporting their needs, objectives, and success on the platform.
  • Facilitate the transition of Brand Partners from traditional account management to a self-serve model via the Brand Central Portal.
  • Develop trusted relationships with brand stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze brand needs, site activity, and success metrics, offering consultative support to drive performance and adoption of the new self-serve tools.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services and features that enhance brand value and drive engagement.
  • Make outbound calls to develop and expand brand relationships and generate new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate across the organization to problem-solve, improve brand retention, and provide seamless support during the transition phase.
  • Provide updates and training to Brand Partners on new features, system updates, and best practices within the Brand Central Portal.
  • Support partnership marketing initiatives and maintain strategies that enhance brand success and visibility.
  • Guide brands through change management, helping them leverage new tools and processes to their full potential.
