Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in quality assurance or testing, including significant experience in test automation and modern quality assurance practices such as Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence to software quality, including test generation, code analysis, defect clustering, natural-language-processing-based testing, or large-language-model-based assistants.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance tools and ecosystems, with familiarity with cloud artificial-intelligence services, large language models, and machine-learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in diagnosing business needs, engineering artificial-intelligence strategies, and presenting vision to executive leadership.
  • Experience designing technical solutions and reference architectures that integrate artificial intelligence into quality assurance pipelines and toolchains.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and delivery activities, including proposals, estimations, proofs of concept, demos, and executive presentations.
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Continuously scan the market for emerging artificial-intelligence and machine-learning technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to quality assurance.
  • Conduct structured competitive analyses, proofs of concept, and benchmark evaluations of artificial-intelligence-powered quality-assurance tools and frameworks.
  • Produce comparison reports and recommendations covering technical, functional, cost, and risk considerations to guide tool selection and strategy.
  • Track industry trends, standards, and best practices related to artificial intelligence in quality assurance.
  • Design end-to-end artificial-intelligence-enabled quality-assurance solutions and reference architectures that integrate with clients' existing tools, pipelines, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with quality-assurance subject-matter experts to embed artificial intelligence across testing types, including test-case generation, test data, regression optimization, nonfunctional testing, and risk-based testing.
  • Define technical patterns, application programming interfaces, data pipelines, and integration models for using generative artificial intelligence, large language models, and traditional machine learning within quality-assurance workflows.
  • Establish standards and guardrails for responsible, secure, and compliant use of artificial intelligence in quality assurance.
  • Support sales and account teams in qualifying and shaping artificial-intelligence quality-assurance opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Lead or contribute to solutioning, estimations, and request-for-proposal or request-for-information responses for artificial-intelligence-enabled quality-assurance engagements.
  • Create and deliver business-oriented presentations and demos that articulate value, return on investment, and differentiation of artificial-intelligence quality-assurance capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance during delivery, supporting technical architects, quality-assurance leads, and development teams in implementing artificial-intelligence quality-assurance solutions and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Understand business challenges, design strategic artificial-intelligence solutions, and present them to C-suite clients.
  • Identify high-impact artificial-intelligence quality-assurance use cases across industries and technologies, prioritizing those with strong business value and feasibility.
  • Design and build reusable use cases, accelerators, and demo environments for accounts and pursuits.
  • Create technical and business-friendly collateral, including presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, whitepapers, blogs, and videos, to support marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing and Quality Assurance Practice Leaders to position the company as a thought leader in artificial-intelligence-driven quality assurance.
  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic artificial-intelligence and quality-assurance tool vendors, cloud providers, and platform partners.
  • Evaluate and recommend partnership opportunities to enhance artificial-intelligence quality-assurance offerings and go-to-market activities.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives with partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, webinars, pilots, and training, and ensure alignment with quality-assurance practice strategy.
  • Stay current with partner roadmaps and advocate for capabilities that support client needs.
  • Help define the skills, roles, and competency model required for artificial-intelligence-enabled quality assurance.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Practice Leaders to shape hiring profiles, training curricula, and certification paths related to artificial intelligence in quality assurance.
  • Mentor quality-assurance engineers, leads, and architects on artificial-intelligence concepts, tools, and solution patterns, and help upskill teams through workshops and internal enablement sessions.
  • Foster an internal community around artificial-intelligence quality assurance by promoting knowledge sharing, experimentation, and reuse.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Quality Assurance Practice Leaders, engagement leaders, and client stakeholders on the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence in quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with quality-assurance subject-matter experts across testing domains to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with delivery needs.
  • Lead structured conversations with stakeholders to clarify goals, constraints, risks, and expected outcomes of artificial-intelligence initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree or relevant certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, or quality assurance, such as ISTQB.
  • Experience with AI platforms and services, including cloud AI services, large language models, and machine-learning frameworks.
  • Strong consulting ability to structure problems, perform market and technical analysis, synthesize insights, and present clear recommendations.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Practice Leaders, architects, subject-matter experts, sales, marketing, and partners.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach with attention to detail and focus on measurable outcomes and return on investment.
