Requirements
  • College degree or Licensed Esthetician
  • Minimum 3+ years of related esthetics and/or clinical training experience
  • Prior experience in a field-based role with extensive travel
  • 75% or more travel via vehicle and plane is required.
  • Extensive passion for training and educating customers, potential clients and employees on devices and products.
  • Experience of and thorough knowledge pertaining to skin care ingredients and concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicating plans to others.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, organizational and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conducts new device installations, clinical in-office hands on training for new providers, and refresher trainings within assigned region.
  • Supports and helps deliver in person training programs, in partnership with the Training & Education team, field sales, corporate and retail account, including the HFX franchise.
  • Performs treatments to support corporate, training, marketing, and regional initiatives.
  • Maintains efficient routing strategies to ensure timely and consistent coverage throughout the territory.
  • Coordinate schedule and travel to training locations, utilizing company budget in an efficient and fiscally sound manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
