The Strategic Engagement Technical Planner will be a critical member of the Strategic Engagement Directorate, providing technical expertise in coalition, civil, and commercial engagements. This role involves conducting studies and analyses on modifications, upgrades, and future enhancements across national and international deliveries and developments. The expert will focus on space equities, analyzing new and existing technologies and capabilities while considering national systems impacts and interoperability with international and commercial partners. The position requires active participation in security cooperation meetings, coalition visits, and governance of the Commercial Integration Cell contributing to the whole of Government strategy, intelligence briefs, and commander’s talking points.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with international and commercial engagements and strategic planning in a military or government context
Experience with multinational military cooperation and commercial outreach
Experience with IT systems development and integration
Knowledge of defense and space operations policies and strategies
Ability to assess requirements for space capabilities
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Ability to conduct thorough analyses and develop relevant insights and recommendations
Ability to align technical solutions with strategic objectives and priorities
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including international partners and commercial entities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
