- Analyze and process assigned data to ensure proper workflow according to client and firm expectations.
- Provide high-level legal administrative and office management support to the Office Manager and on-site attorneys.
- Use internal software to update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory.
- Prepare documentation for attorney review.
- File paper or electronic pleadings with state-specific court filing systems.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Communicate appropriately with team members and outside parties.
- Comply with the firm's applicable standard operating procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties.
