- Must have two of the following: Familiarity in cable and telecommunications technologies including video, broadband, and phone; very strong agile experience; iOS experience
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Ability to collaborate and work in a fast paced agile environment
- Product Owner / Business Analyst for an iOS application to consolidate the technician's tools into a single cloud based iOS application
- Meeting with stakeholders to document requirements at an epic level, and then work with business partners, architects, and developers to write the corresponding user stories
- Groom user stories with the developers for ripeness, prioritize the backlog, and facilitate removal of blockers to the dev team while also managing stakeholders and meeting program timelines
- Ability to act as a functional architect is a plus
- Ability to act as a solution architect is a plus
- Experience with Comcast's back office and ESP platform is a huge plus
- Experience with JIRA is a plus
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
