Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in contract management and negotiation or experience that relates to the drafting and negotiation of agreements
- Understanding of the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Desire to succeed in a customer service-oriented environment
- Highly efficient and organized; ability to handle multiple tasks with ease and professionalism

- Familiarity with software and hardware corporate revenue recognition issues and legal concepts regarding software contracts and licensing including, but not limited to, limitations of liability, indemnification, and warranties
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating of software license agreements, professional services agreements, and contract addenda in region; routinely exercising discretion and independent judgment
- Reviewing RFPs, Tenders, RFIs, and RFQs, offering appropriate alternatives to contract terms and conditions
- Reviewing and resolving issues affecting company compliance and ensuring satisfaction of legal requirements, appropriately balancing Anthology and customer objectives
- Advising sales management of contractual rights and obligations and providing clarification of contract terms and conditions
- Interpreting contract policies, operating practices, and performance standards within the Contracts team
