  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Operations, Operational Excellence or equivalent
  • 8+ years overall work experience
  • 5-6 years years’ experience with HR processes and/or transformation
  • Experience with executing system implementations and projects
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
  • Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions to drive teams towards success-based results
  • Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail
  • Translate solutions into executable implementation plans using project management frameworks
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting desired; demonstrated ability to design e2e processes across different HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management and ability to lead others through change
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a learning mindset
  • Human Resource knowledge, ideally HR Operations/Shared Services knowledge in multiple countries
  • Project management or transformation expertise
  • Microsoft tools
  • HCM systems, preferably Workday
  • Preferably ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow
  • eFiling, document creation systems
  • Fluent English
  • Flexibility in working hours to cover global timezones
  • Willingness to travel for on-site workshops
Responsibilities
  • Be foremost expert on employee life-cycle process to be able to address any business requests for enhancements or changes to meet a continual changing environment
  • Takes responsibility in developing and implementing process improvement plans as well as monitor and evaluate the success of implemented strategies (by e.g. evaluating Business Process data).
  • In collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations Excellence, CoE Experts), the Process Improvement Advisor translates new business requirements into e2e processes in alignment with the HR Target Operating Model.
  • Ensures seamless experience between all HR technology tools, like portal, ticketing, Workday, etc.
  • Responsible to maintain a strong HR business process framework and process documentation
  • Prepare and execute design sessions to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experience
  • Interacts with internal stakeholders, including global, regional and national management as well as external stakeholders which may include clients and customers.
  • Educates HR on Business Process Management
  • Design, maintain and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboard
  • Develop and Maintain job aids, system updates, etc.
  • Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager
