Requirements
  • 7+ Years of B2B Enterprise SaaS experience as a Senior or Enterprise Sales Executive, with direct experience in benefits technology
  • Demonstrated top performer with a track record of meeting and exceeding annual ARR quotas of $1M+ with average deal sizes of $250k+
  • Highly consultative, systems thinker, and data driven
  • Excellent pipeline generation, management, and forecasting rigor
  • Comfortable building c-suite relationships
  • Proactive and impatient – you drive urgency and momentum, creating opportunities and operating with an owners’ mindset
  • You thrive in autonomous environments and are excited to navigate challenges with a solution focused mindset
Responsibilities
  • You will lead and manage the full sales process from prospect to close (e.g. opportunity creation, qualification, discovery, product demonstration, pricing and proposals, negotiation, procurement)
  • You will build and manage a strong pipeline of benefit administrators and insurance carriers
  • You will develop a deep understanding of each prospect, including their business goals, current pain points and craft a value-based solution for how Noyo can accelerate their goals
  • You will work in close collaboration with Account Managers to facilitate connections between existing and prospective customers
  • You will represent Noyo well with customers and prospects, demonstrating alignment with Noyo’s core Operating Principles every step of the way
  • You will contribute to improving sales best practices, processes, and measurement to enhance our sales team
  • You will collaborate closely with our customer experience and engineering teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding implementation experience for our customers
