  • Good understanding of working with social media, social platforms and social strategy.
  • Experience of working with global brands from a digital perspective, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Good organisational and time management skills to be able to support with the execution of multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
  • Confident and persuasive, with good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow, actively acquiring further knowledge about social media, digital and commerce, and being able to apply this expertise to provide a best in class experience to clients.
Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day Meta Commerce initiatives across market as well as any additional social media and commerce activities across these channels.
  • Support Senior Social Strategist to expand current social strategy outside of Meta Commerce – working across teams within the client to grow Social and Social Commerce.
  • Execute on social commerce growth opportunities as defined by the Senior Social Commerce Strategist.
  • Chair of Monthly Inter-agency Content Strategy calls to discuss next month’s Social ideas.
  • Support with the management of the Content Calendar for Social / Social Commerce – to help with the WoW process.
  • Create weekly and monthly insight reports on Social Commerce activity across all live platforms and distribute as required.
  • Supporting Head of Social and the wider team with Social Strategy engagements for clients, working closely with key client stakeholders to discover, define, deliver and drive social engagements to help accelerate their business and improve ROI.
  • Support wider team by contributing to key RFPs, client proposals and pitches.
  • Work closely with the Head of Social to ensure a holistic approach to all planning and activity, supporting with outputs where necessary.
