Requirements

  • Conduct regular financial reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels to communicate financial insights effectively.
  • Act as a financial advisor for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for the organization.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis across cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with financial regulations and compliance requirements to uphold industry standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members.
