Kontoor Brands has reported record revenue, earnings and cash flow for 2025, driven by strong performance from Wrangler and contributions from recently acquired Helly Hansen. The company returned over $140 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases. Helly Hansen exceeded expectations in its first seven months under Kontoor ownership, generating $100 million in operating cash and delivering better-than-expected revenue and earnings. The brand's global revenue increased 10% in the fourth quarter, with full-year pro forma revenue exceeding $700 million. Wrangler revenue grew 3% in the quarter, supported by market share gains and double-digit growth in women's, western and direct-to-consumer channels. Lee declined 6% but showed signs of improvement, with US revenue turning positive at 1% growth. The company is completing its Project Genius transformation programme and expects another record year in 2026.
