Decart, an Israeli startup now operating in Silicon Valley, has raised substantial funding to build low-latency AI infrastructure. The company secured $21 million in seed funding in 2024, followed by a larger round in 2026 from investors including Radical Ventures, NVIDIA, Adobe Ventures, Toyota Ventures, Sequoia Capital and Benchmark. Reports place its valuation between $3.1 billion and $3.9 billion. Founded in late 2023 by Dean Leitersdorf and Moshe Shalev, Decart offers the Decart Optimisation Stack, a chip-agnostic inference platform designed to reduce latency and costs across NVIDIA GPUs, AWS Trainium and Google TPUs. The company has built three products: Lucy for real-time video generation, Oasis for interactive 3D environments, and infrastructure targeting robotics training and autonomous-driving simulation.
Gloria Chen, Adobe's Chief People Officer, sold 1,607 shares of common stock valued at approximately $360,868 on 15 July 2026. The transaction was conducted solely to satisfy tax withholding obligations arising from vested restricted stock units. Following the sale, Chen retains 50,434 directly held shares and 31,662 derivative securities, including various tranches of unvested and vested equity awards. Her post-transaction holdings are valued at $11.48 million based on Adobe's closing price of $224.56. Chen also maintains an indirect position of 667 shares through The John Kibarian and Gloria Chen Trust, where she serves as trustee. Adobe operates three primary business divisions—Digital Media, Digital Experience, and Publishing and Advertising—with a market capitalisation of $93.9 billion and trailing twelve-month revenue of $25.2 billion.
Netomi CEO Puneet Mehta predicts the customer experience market will reach $5 trillion by 2030, driven by AI adoption. He sees AI and cryptocurrency as complementary technologies, with autonomous agents requiring blockchain-based payment rails for real-time transactions. Mehta's comments follow Netomi's recent $110 million Series C funding round, backed by Accenture Ventures and Adobe Ventures. The CEO believes stablecoin demand will increase as AI systems need efficient payment infrastructure to operate autonomously.
Directable, a digital signage platform, has launched an integration with Adobe Express, allowing businesses to design and publish content directly to their screens without manual file transfers. The integration connects Adobe Express's design tools to Directable's dashboard, enabling one-click publishing to single or multiple screens. The partnership gives users access to Adobe Express's templates, brand kits, fonts, stock imagery and AI tools. Businesses can create menu boards, promotions and announcements whilst maintaining brand consistency across locations. The integration supports static images, animated graphics and video content. Available at no additional cost to all Directable customers, the Adobe Express integration complements the platform's existing Canva integration. Directable plans start at $7.50 per screen monthly, with discounts for non-profits and schools.
With funding led by Radical Ventures, Decart is building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of low-latency AI systems, through three product lines: DOS, an ultra-optimized inference and training stack that enables agents and reasoning models to run smarter and faster; and the models Lucy, its World Model for Immersive Experiences; and Oasis, its World Model for Physical AI – both powered by DOS. Today, we’re also announcing DOS 2.0, with new versions of Lucy and Oasis launching in the coming weeks.
