Responsibilities
  • Planning, coaching, and managing of sales employees on your team
  • Engaging directly with customers and prospects to help advance the team’s funnel and close deals
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Managing sales funnel and pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue, and providing scheduled updates to sales leadership on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Partnering with the appropriate core sales teams on strategy, prospecting and sales activity efficiencies
  • Integrating your team within the LexisNexis account management infrastructure and driving your team to work hand in hand with the appropriate account management team
  • Developing and communicating key strategies and account plans to sales leadership and market planning on a regular basis
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws
